Power and Energy 

Innovo is a principal in gas turbine equipment and behind-the-meter power generation. We source, package, and place new-build and secondary-market equipment with deep coverage of the aeroderivative and industrial frame platforms used in fast-track utility and data center power generation and develop integrated BTM power projects from 25 MW to 1 GW and larger.

Capital and Advisory

Innovo provides strategic financing, investment, and restructuring solutions to performing companies and special-situation businesses. We work closely with management teams, owners, sponsors, and lenders to structure flexible solutions across the capital stack, from growth capital and balance sheet optimization to operational realignment, capital restructuring, and asset-level repositioning.

Large-scale equipment transactions require structured financing, surety, cross-border execution, and disciplined asset disposition. Integrated Network: OEM relationships, EPC partnerships, lender and surety infrastructure, and direct-source counterparties are built into the platform, not assembled deal by deal.

Discretion by Default: Nearly all engagements operate under NDA. Our work is grounded in integrity, open communication, and absolute confidentiality.

Leadership

Innovo Solutions is led by Eric Larson, Managing Director. With over twenty years of experience spanning industrial and power generation equipment, Eric began his career at Caterpillar and has since executed multi-hundred-million-dollar fleet and capital transactions across North America, Europe, and Asia, including aeroderivative and heavy frame placements for hyperscale and utility-scale BTM applications. His specialization in aeroderivative gas turbines, secondary-market equipment placements, cross-border trade, and structured commercial programs positions Innovo to close transactions where conventional intermediaries cannot.
